REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We are obligated to provide our customers perfect satisfaction and it is our main goal. If in a case, the customer decides to mind up our service and wants to refund the amount paid to us, we are ready to issue back the amount as detailed:
We offer you our 30 days money back guarantee for all our services. After one month the customer is not eligible for a refund.
If the product/service was purchased on monthly basis, customer has the right to cancel the order within one month and we also ready to issue a refund.
If a customer bought our service for three months and after this period, he continued the service, in this stage he is not eligible for a refund after the first month.
Refund can be issued for new customers only. If you are renewing the plan, we cannot issue a refund.
All bank charges applicable and a reasonable processing fee will be deducted from this amount. All Refunds and Reimbursements will take up to 14 Business Days from the date of receipt of the request, to process.
WebMahal will not be responsible for any differences in the reimbursement amount due to Fluctuation in International Currency rates. WebMahal will determine in its sole discretion appropriate conversion rates for currency exchange.
All Clear Balance pending in the Advance Account maybe reimbursed fully to the Customer, on request of the Customer. Such Request must be sent to us in the manner prescribed by us.
We will not refund any amount that has already been debited to the Customers Advance Account (if any) under any circumstances.
